Magical Moments...30 Days of Gratitude...Day 2

It's funny how a little bit of positive thinking goes a LONG way.  Take charge of your thoughts and your reactions become a much milder version of what they COULD have been.  Things that would have once set you into a major melt down, suddenly are tolerable.  The hurt may still be very real, but your ability to effectively deal with the issue is now in a whole new league.  That is the whole idea of this lesson, and hopefully a little bit of gratitude will help you through this emotional roller coaster called life.

Thank you for the gifts of today.  Today is an amazingly magical day, abundant with surprises around every corner, for my highest good or something better.

Magical Moments day 2:

1. The pain of friendships lost is very real.  That pain can either fester into depression, or it can be a catalyst to finding new relationships that serve you in the now.  Relationships can be tricky.  Some people come into our lives for a short amount of time to teach us something we need to learn. Other relationships last an entire lifetime, and those people are the ones that are always there to help you pick up the pieces of those lost relationships. It is all part of our soul growth.  We can look at lost relationships with sorrow and blame, but it was all our idea in the first place, to help us grow and help us learn.  Think about each failed relationship in your life and see how it opened doors in other areas, once you got out of the self-pity stage.  Accept it and move one...then just wait to see what happens next!
2. On my morning walk as I was reflecting on the days challenges, I asked the universe for a sign that I was headed in the right direction with the decisions I had made.  I turned the corner and 3 Cardinals swooped across my path and then back again.  I smiled and continued on my walk.  When I was almost back home, 4 MORE cardinals did the same exact thing!  7 cardinals in my path in the span of 5 minutes, is enough of a sign for me!
3. Numbers, numbers, numbers.  The universe likes to speak to me in numbers.  I have always been a numbers girl, and since learning about Pythagoras and his numerical theories, I have loved numbers even more!  My favorite number has ALWAYS been 4.  As I got older and started learning about numerology, I found out that my life path number is 4.  Fours are very knowledgeable, and constantly wanting to learn more.  They also like things to be in order, like symmetry (anyone who has EVER been in one of my pieces can attest to the fact that I can not stand working with odd numbers!).  This is me through and through!  I also learned that 444 is an angel number and that 4 means that angels are with you and are sending the number so that you know that they have heard your prayers.  Yesterday, again asking for a sign, immediately saw the number 444 on a license plate.  Then, throughout the day, I kept seeing the number 59 or 95 EVERYWHERE.  I have an app with number meanings and I plugged it in.  It said, "The changes you are going through are bringing you closer to your Divine life purpose.  You can calm anxieties by spending time on activities related to your spiritual interests."  All day long, I kept getting really great ideas for improving my life, my relationships and my business.  Watch for those signs.  Pay attention and see what they mean to you.
